Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within this time frame may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered if:
- The service was not provided as agreed due to our error.
- You experienced significant dissatisfaction with the service, and we were unable to resolve the issue satisfactorily.

Refund Process

Non-Refundable Situations

- The dissatisfaction is due to factors outside our control, such as pre-existing vehicle damage.
- You fail to attend the appointment without notice.
